Verification table

The dataset for the in-country voting at the Parliamentary elections of 2023 was obtained by Ivan Shuksin before the official publication by the Supreme Electoral Council. However, it is fully consistent with the protocol previously released by the Supreme Electoral Council.

 The only discrepancy is the traditional one: the number of registered voters. As indicated earlier, such differences are typical of all the parsings received.

There are small differences between the protocol and the data from the website, which don't prevent analysis.

The dataset is almost full and reliable for digital observation purposes.
