Einstein Software List - The Einstein IT department has an extensive list of software that are available to users on campus. See the following link for more details: it.einsteinmed.edu/documentation/einstein-software-list/
Software Resources for EinsteinNMR users:
TopSpin – NMR acquisition, processing and analysis package from Bruker:
Software installed on Bruker 300 and 600
If you need to use TopSpin offline to process and analyze data, free academic versions are available for download and installation on your personal computer - see following page for details: TopSpin Installation Instructions
NOTE FOR MAC USERS: nmr data must be stored on your local drive and not in icloud. If you have problems opening nmr data on your desktop using TopSpin, it's possible that your desktop files are not local but actually links to icloud (double click the folder and click get info it will let you know if its on the hard drive or icloud). Please let us know if you need a work around to this problem.
TopSpin is also available in NMRbox. If you would rather not install it on your own computer but need routine access to TopSpin, you should consider getting an NMRbox account. Details can be found at: NMRbox Info
NOTE: AS OF 2023, TopSpin is no longer working on NMRbox; the team is working on it and will make an announcement when it is available again. See https://nmrbox.nmrhub.org/support/faqs/topspin?filter=all~topspin
TopSpin Help: Click on the ? icon in top bar of TopSpin window to access manuals and help on various topics:
Mnova – NMR processing and analysis package from MestreLab - good for routine NMR analysis of small molecules:
available for download and installation on your personal computer - see following page for details: Mnova NMR Software
NMRbox - is a resource for biomolecular NMR (Nuclear Magnetic Resonance) software:
For details, see NMRbox Info
