Martina Pešlová
My name is Martina Pešlová.
I have been working in our preschool, which is placed in a small village Chýně (close to capital city Prague) since 2018.
My first meeting with this preschool was when my older daughter started to attend it. I saw her every day so happy and excited, that I wanted to be part of the pedagogical team.
I love to work every day with children, teach them something new, see their sincerity and immediacy.
This project means another new experience for me and I am already looking forward to it.
Our class:
Our classroom name is Butterflies and we have 28 children there (16 boys and 12 girls) in age from 3 to 6 years.
Two teachers are taking care of children during the day.
We improve them in creating, cooking, singing, and also a team working. We travel to ZOO, Dinopark, and do fun activities in our garden (Halloween, Frozen, Christmas party, overnight sleeping in preschool, etc...)
We focus on our preschoolers (children in the last year in preschool) every week too, we prepare them individually for school - "first touch" with numbers, letters, words.
Hana Vosátková
My name is Hana Vosátková and I’m a teacher in preschool Chýně in the class Liščata. I start study Teacher training for primary school at Charles University this year.
What I like the most about work with children is their immediateness, and joy from activities we make together. I enjoy a lot making paintings and handcrafts.
This project means for me an opportunity to experience and learn something new and I’m really looking forward to it.

"Learning through joy and experiences is very important during early years."
Hello, I am a mum of two children (boy 11, girl 9), love to sing, draw and to be creative. We spend our family time in the mountains, in the water, all over Europe and together at the table with good food and a lot to talk about.
I am a teacher of Preparatory class this school year. Our class is specific in attendance of children. It has a Nursery schedule but it's situated in our Elementary school with a timetable for each lesson. There are children with special needs, which could be disabilities for speaking, writing, concentrating and social independence/confidence.
I have been working with children since 2000, mostly with Pre-Nursery children. After my maternity leave, I started to help at our Elementary school as an assistant in the 1st-grade class, and then as a pair teacher for the first graders to make the start for the new pupils smoother and make them feel confident with themselves.
All these years of experience gave me many ideas and I have met many teachers that have taught me great methods and ways of communication with young children/pupils.
I am very curious about your method as well.
Dana Klímová
I am the teacher focused on the education of children in the first grade of Elementary school. My goal is to build a creative environment for children in which they can intensively understand principles and develop their abilities. I believe that the partnership-based and open approach, where together we can rely on each other and on shared rules, helps to better apply the learning obligations of the educational framework.
I incorporate into teaching principles of project learning, intuitive pedagogy, focusing on environmental education, etc. I teach with love. With love to the children and with the knowledge. I know that children are able to perceive real-life values in such a set environment and to educate with joy. Each day is special and full of new stimuli for us, motivating each other to make the common "educational" journey a pleasure and to go as far as possible.

I have had experience with teaching in various children´s groups for over ten years. I have been working in Chyne since 2020. I worked as a teacher's assistant last year and I am a home teacher in grade 2 now. I study Education for Primary school at Charles University. I like to learn and I enjoy passing on my knowledge and experience to others.

I have been working at the Elementary School Chýně since 2009. I am currently a parallel teacher in the second grade and a teacher for prevention. Together with Leona Vyvialová, I lead the student parliament. At the same time, I am the mother of two boys myself and I live in Chýně.
