The first year of work on our joint EEA project is coming to an end and we want to take the opportunity to present the current results during the end of the school year party at primary school in Chýně.
We are expecting the public, parents, pupils, and teachers to stop by. The presentation will take the form of a vernissage behind the windows.
We are looking forward to introducing all the achievements we have reached so far.
A team of 7 teachers from preschool and primary school in Chýně traveled to the partner schools in Iceland for one week in September 2021. Everything was at full speed with preparation for the guests from the Czech Republic. We are looking forward to meeting them all and showing them our school and educational philosophy. We have made an agenda for their visit to show them as much as possible in the short amount of time they will be with us. Children in Krummahreiður, the oldest class, are also preparing for the arrival and are making flags in both Icelandic and Czech.

Our partners from Iceland Leikskólinn Rjúpnahæð finally visited our school ZŠ a MŠ Chýně at the beginning of April. It's been an honor and true happiness to host such inspiring, enthusiastic, and heartfelt teachers who we proudly can call our friends. We had a wonderful time together, full of sharing, thoughts, and getting to know each other a little closer again, but also mutual work and plans for future weeks. Rjupnahaed's philosophy completed in the Handbook has been presented, read here.
Our pupil's parliament Guide is in the progress, check here.
ZS Chyne got more familiar with details of the school event City Game, which Salaskoli organizes for its students every year. The preparation and implementation are the responsibility of teachers, who prepare scenery, costumes, and scenarios and also select suitable candidates for positions in the city. Following the example of the partner school, our primary school would like to prepare a similar game for pupils and involve grade 9th pupils in the preparation and organization part. We are keen on trying something new with our kids next year. Our Town
