Hut/Camp: Yarigatake Sanso
Although it's a mere 3-hour hike to Yarigatake-Sanso, we set off early at 6:15am. We planned to summit Yarigatake before the storm which will be approaching in the afternoon.

Yarigatake-Sanso with Mt. Yarigatake behind.
We reached the hut just before 9am and rested for about 15 minutes before tackling our destination peak. The climb to the peak seems easy after we've experienced the Gendarme and Daikiretto route. Yarigatake (3180m), the 5th highest mountain in Japan bagged! ,🥳
