As a teacher it is important to be able to plan lessons that will accommodate all students skills and needs. I have learned the importance of reading and understanding all students IEPS within my classroom in order to make accommodations or modifications that best deem fit.

As teachers, we are always reflecting on our lessons in order to refine our strategies, see what works and what does not, and to foster an environment where every student can thrive. I have learned the importance of building a relationship with students first, in order to understand who they are and get a better glimpse of what I can do as their teacher to help them succeed.
