#CUEBOOM, CUE Kid BOOMs and #Skypeathon!

Are you ready? Get set...BOOM!

Share your 3 minute mic-drops

In March at #cue18 we launched the first ever #CUEBOOM into the world. If you've heard of an IGNITE talk at ISTE or seen a Demo Slam at an EdTechTeam event, you know that even a few minutes of sharing can pack a big punch!

Speakers were given 10 slides and 3 minutes and told to share their heart out on any topic they feel passionate about.

This year, at #FallCUE, students dropped the mic with their own CUE Kid BOOMs...and brought the house down! Students shared about what they want to get from school, things that rock and things that don't rock, and even what makes an awesome teacher.

Cynthia's Tips

Get Out There!

I highly recommend trying to get out there to an Ed Tech event and spend some face to face, in real life time with your Ed Tech Tribe. Be on the lookout for your local events. Below are some sites that might help you find a nearby event.

Remember to check with your local district office and county office of education for potential meet up events and conferences.
