Do Not Disturb
Use your Do Not Disturb to help you focus in on tasks or just enjoy the moment with family and friends. You don't really NEED those interruptions, so turn them off! They will be there when you are done.

Cynthia's Tips
Smart Watch
Being able to put my phone down and walk away is so much easier when I know that I won't miss an important call or text because of my Apple Watch. Having a smart watch that will allow the important notifications to come through, frees you from your phone and the temptation for time wasting and attention hogging social media and internet scroll.
