"Coaches model the ISTE Standards for Students and the ISTE Standards for Educators, and identify ways to improve their coaching practice." (ISTE, 2024)
Before implementing technology in the classroom, the teacher must take the necessary requirements into account. It's critical to recognize the duties educators have to their students, fellow staff members, and their own selves.

Digital Reflective Journal
4.2.c Establish shared goals with educators, reflect on successes and continually improve coaching and teaching practice.
My ISTE reflective journal helps me document and evaluate my experiences with technology in education. I use it to reflect on how I integrate digital tools into my teaching or learning, assess their effectiveness, and pinpoint areas where I can improve. By regularly recording my insights, challenges, and successes, I can track my progress toward meeting ISTE standards and goals, which supports my continuous growth and development in using technology effectively in education.
In order to interact, learn from, and engage with others as well as new technological advancements in a variety of subject areas, educators must use personal learning networks, or PLNs. To genuinely help one another in their continual learning, people use these networks to share resources, encouragement, advice, and skills (Morris, 2018). Technology has made it possible for educators to participate in PLNs in a variety of interesting ways that go beyond just being in their local school buildings.
1.Social and emotional well-being may not seem like a primary concern when thinking about developing or taking part in PLNs at first, but in my opinion, it is a crucial element of any productive job or team. The purpose of PLNs is not to increase our workload or cause us stress. It is intended for us to rely on one another, support one another, and assist our coworkers in any manner that we can.
2. Social media and technology have been a part of my upbringing, thus they are a part of my daily existence. I've lately switched over to using my social media for learning and information. Social media sites where actual active teachers disseminate knowledge, offer the best advice, techniques, tools, and abilities.
3. When considering PLNs and how technology allows us to spread globally, it is essential to connect with people outside of your school and your peers within your school in order to diversify the knowledge and people included. PLNs support fresh thinking, and bring together individuals from all backgrounds, including experience levels, grade levels, and curriculum areas.
