The Squirl Family and their link to the Toole Family.
William Squirl (born 1801, Ireland) married Marianne Toole (born 1801 approximately) and first married 19th Janurary 1820 to William Quin,
- she was Aunt of Edmund O'Toole.
Frederick Squirl (born 1838, Devonport. Died 1913) married Mary Helena Joseph Toole (born 1855, the younger) - married 1876
- Edmund O'Toole's sister.

4. Marianne Toole, spinster, eldest daughter of the said Charles Toole of the 4th part
5. Joseph Atwell of Dame Street in the City of Dublin, Gent, and Charles Toole, the younger, eldest son of the said Charles Toole, the elder party hereto of the 5th part
6. Jas. Fitzsimons of Cullenswood in the county of Dublin of the 6th part.
Reciting that the marriage was intended to be shortly had and solemnized between the said William Quin and the said Marianne Toole and the agreement entered into upon the treaty of and for and in conson of said intended.............................................

Mary Toole (elder) granted onto trustees land of Ballycurrane in barony of Eliogarty Co. Tipperary for rent of £40 as by the will of her grandfather John Bray and all the property situate in the town of Thurles and Co. of Tipperary and said premises arenow in the occupation of Misses Bray.
Luke Toole granted onto trustees yearly rent charge of £50 to be paid during the life of Mary Toole (younger) and commence from the day of the Date hereof and to be charged upon land of Cullenswood otherwise Ranelagh upon which the 2 dwelling houses have been built .
