Charles Toole (the Elder) - is Edmund O'Toole's Grandfather.

Charles Toole (the younger) - is Edmund O'Toole's father.

Luke Toole Esq - is Edmund O'Toole's brother.

Mary Anne was entitles to yearly £50 for her lifetime chargeable on land on North Side of College Street and rent of £100 on land in Great Bray.

Mary Anne had 2 children with William Quinn (deceased)

They were Julia White otherwise Quinn wife of Thomas Kearney White Esquire.

and Williamine Campbell otherwise Quinn wife of James Campbell Esquire.

3. Mary Toole (the younger) spinster sister of Luke Toole, (same address)

4. Frederick Squirl, Captain later Major. Army 93rd Regiment.

5. William Squirl, late a Major of the 91st Regiment. Now in the 2 Somerset Regiment of militia residing at Bath and Jeremiah Edmund Scully Equire, of Elm Grove, now called 'The Trustees'.

Reciting said marriage between Mary Toole (the younger) and Frederick Squirl.

Mary Toole (elder) granted onto trustees land of Ballycurrane in barony of Eliogarty Co. Tipperary for rent of £40 as by the will of her grandfather John Bray and all the property situate in the town of Thurles and Co. of Tipperary and said premises are now in the occupation of Misses Bray.

Luke Toole granted onto trustees yearly rent charge of £50 to be paid during the life of Mary Toole (younger) and commence from the day of the date hereof and to be charged upon land of Cullenswood otherwise Ranelagh upon which the 2 dwelling houses have been built .
