May 6 & 7th - Marcia and Skylar delivered variety of Brochures and flyers, Span & Eng to Libraries & Ethnic Grocery Stores from Forest Grove to Beaverton, also to the Outdoor School meeting (May6th) and the Rogue Farmers event in Portland (May7th) See relevant Distribution list for details.
May 14th Marcia distributed newly formatted and edited flyers (w/ pull-tabs) & handouts (Span & Eng) to same Library & Ethnic Grocery Stores Distribution list; recorded results of previously left flyers. Made it through most of list to Hillsboro Library and new location: Bazaar Market in Beaverton.
May 14 - Terry and Tess distributed newly formatted brochurs at the FG farmer's market
May 14 - Terry placed ads for the 20th and 27th (wednesdays) in the western newspapers: 3.4”w x 3.5”h for $382.11
May 21 - Terry sent out incentive package to already-enrolled parents
