Our interactive learning resource consists of two main topics:

Unit 1: HTML

This unit focuses on teaching the basic concepts of HTML, how its structured, and how it is used. Students will learn about this topic through assigned readings and watching video lessons. Sub-topics in this unit include:

Learning Activities

Each unit contains two activities for students to complete that align with the course learning outcomes:

Unit 1: HTML

  • Activity 1: HTML Discussion Forum

    • Related Learning Outcome: Define the purposes of HTML

    • Plan: Students will be posting to a discussion forum based on what they learned about in this unit.

  • Activity 2: Building a simple HTML web page

    • Related Learning Outcome: Design a basic HTML web page

    • Plan: Students will be tasked with making a simple HTML web page with criteria that needs to be met.

Unit 2: CSS

  • Activity 1: CSS Discussion Forum
