Message from Head, Economics Department

Dr. Gagari Chakrabarti

“The role of a writer is not to say what we all can say, but what we are unable to say” – Anais Nin

The Webzine Oikonomica, currently published bi-annually in every March and September, is a platform where knowledge intertwines with creativity. It is more than a compilation of content; it is a confluence of ideas. It surely has the potential to transcend the lecture theaters and illuminate the path of intellectual exploration.  I send my warmest regards to the dedicated minds behind the webzine who have been able to revive it after the disruption caused by the recent pandemic.
