East Central Indiana Hamfest

We welcome vendors offering items of interest to amateur radio operators—also known as hams! Whether you're selling new gear, used equipment, accessories, or related services, we’re excited to have you join us.

🛠️ Vendor Placement & Product Info

To help us organize the layout and avoid placing vendors with identical new products side by side, please specify the types of items you’ll be bringing on the registration form. This guideline does not apply to used items. While we can’t guarantee placement, we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.

🎟️ Space & Donations

Vendor spaces are free, and we gratefully accept tax-deductible donations to help support the event.

🪑 Tables & Chairs

We encourage you to bring your own tables and chairs. Depending on availability, we may be able to provide 6- or 8-foot plastic tables for indoor spaces—just let us know how many you’ll need. Since we can’t guarantee tables, chairs, or specific space assignments, early reservation is strongly recommended.

⏰ Setup & Arrival Times

• Setup begins: Friday afternoon, July 24, 2026

• Saturday setup deadline: Be ready by 7:00 AM, no later than 7:45 AM

• Late arrivals: If you haven’t arrived by 9:00 AM, your space may be reassigned to another vendor. If you're running late, please call Dave (KB8SCR) at 419-733-0867.

We understand that things come up, and we’ll do our best to work with you. There’s always a chance another space may be available.
