Vendors

We welcome vendors with items of interest to amateur radio operators, otherwise known as hams. We try not to put vendors with NEW identical products next to each other and have been quite successful, thus far. This does not apply to used items, however. Please specify the types of products you carry on the form here so we can plan accordingly. We can't guarantee placement of any vendor, but we'll do our best to accommodate.

Spaces are free but we do accept tax deductible donations if you would like to make one.

We also encourage you to bring your own table, if you have one or more but when they're available, we can supply 6 or 8 foot plastic tables for indoor spaces, depending on availability at the time. Just let us know how many you'll need. Since we can't guarantee a table, space, nor number of tables, reserve early and we'll do our best to work with you.

On the day of the event, we ask that you be set up by 7 AM and no later than 7:45 AM. If you can't be there on time, call Dave at:

We understand that things to come up. However, if you haven't arrived by 9 AM, we will make your table or space available for another vendor, subject to the rules above. It is always possible that another space will be available.
