The Jay County Fairgrounds in Portland, Indiana is a spacious, easy‑to‑navigate venue with multiple buildings, open areas, and clear access points, making it ideal for club events, Hamfests, and community gatherings. The map below is live from Google Maps and should make it easy to get to the event. We'll have signs posted and parking assistance.

Note: While 147.540 MHz and GMRS Channel 1 aren’t typical talk-in channels, they’re handy for Hamfest info and guiding folks to the event. Feel free to use them before our first door prize drawing at about 9 AM.

Yes — and we plan to keep it that way as long as possible! Donations are welcome but never expected. Save your cash for extra door prize tickets if you're at the event, or contact us at inhamfest@gmail.com.
