Volunteer Sign-Up

Interested in helping out with the East Central Indiana Hamfest? The Hamfest begins setup on Friday afternoon, July 26, 2024 with tear down and cleanup beginning somewhat before 2 PM on Saturday, July 27th.

If you're a last-minute volunteer, we appreciate your time and should be able to find a place for you. But if you give us some advanced notice, we can make sure to have a t-shirt for you that our volunteers wear to identify them.
