Welcome Volunteers!

Thanks for your time and helping to make the ECI Hamfest a great destination for our fellow ham radio, GMRS, and other Amateur Radio Enthusiasts.

The Hamfest begins setup on Friday afternoon, July 25, 2025 with tear down and cleanup beginning somewhat before 2:00 PM on Saturday, July 26th. If you're a last-minute volunteer, we appreciate your time and should be able to find a place for you. But if you give us some advanced notice, we can make sure to have a t-shirt for you that our volunteers wear to identify them. We look forward to hearing from you.
