Health Profile

This page works as per index interface of the personal Electronic Health record (EHR) of a patient/healthcare consumer registered under a health organisation/care provider. This interface is the landing page once a patient is searched (through Patient Search/List) and navigated into his/her profile.  This has various links to other interfaces of the personal EHR profile and also into the In-Patient and Outpatient episodes patient has had. Further, it can be easily navigated back to this index page from other EHR and EMR modules with  individual patient data, by simply clicking 'Goto Patient Profile' button (at the top of the page).

• Side Main Menu with Episodes Links and Diagnostics

• Main Patient Demographic Information and link to Patient Demographics main page

  • This has a link directs into the main Patient Demographic/Administrative/Registrations information interface

• Health Information showing health background - Main details

  • Can visualise the summary of the history details

  • Also has linking button 'Goto More Details' which leads to the Patient's History module

• Health Information showing health background - Other details

  • Same as above Main Details, but additional this include Advanced Care Directives of the patient

• Consumer Entries View and Data Validation from by the Consumer 

  • This section connects with Consumer App data and shows any comments, correction of their Health Information flagged by the patient. For more details refer 'Personal Record' in Consumer Mobile App section. 

• Photo of the Patient

• Shortcut buttons to Diagnostics View, Diagnostics Requests, Diagnostics Results Entry, and Observations

  • These are Image button found at right end of the Horizontal Menu (below the Patient's Photo)

•  Horizontal Menu leading to different modules such as Patient's General Notes, Bookings, Screening, Prescriptions, Timeline of Health Related Events, and Patient Partnering Interface.
