This Alerts module facilitates setting alerts, viewing and acknowledging triggered alerts and viewing the relevant log (how many triggered, timing of acknowledging etc.).
8.1.1. Setting Alerts by the Consumer through Mobile App
These alerts can be set by the consumer as well as by the care provider targeting getting the healthcare related activities done on time. These activities may include;
· Appointment Related
· Medication Related
· Investigation Related
· Observation Related
· Prevention
· Behaviour Related
· Therapy Related Other
Further, these can be set according to the timing as below;
· Once off
· Prior Alert
· Daily - Given Times
· Daily - Time Period
· Monthly - Time Period
Yearly - Time Period
Path: Patient Profile --> Patient Partnering Interface --> Patient Alerts
This is the interface that can be used to set alerts from the Care Provider side.
Triggered alerts are listed in this interface with the relevant details.
Through this interface (by tapping the relevant alert) the consumer can Acknowledge, or Snooze the triggered Alert.
Also possible to inactivate the set Alert template if the triggers are not needed anymore or need temporary inactivation.
Further, it is possible to readily filter alerts as per Topic, Alert body, Date, Acknowledgement, etc.
There is a shortcut button in the Menu which leads to unacknowledged Alerts.
Once the above button is touched it shows a popup menu with unacknowledged Alerts count, summary list and a shortcut button to navigate into more relevant details of the alerts.
