Once the ‘Contact your Care Provider’ button is clicked it directs into this page which shows the buttons into Enquiries to Care Provider and Messages from Care Provider.
Providers can direct an individual or bulk messages to the consumer(s) through this interface.
As in enquires it is possible to continue with a follow-up consumer-provider conversation here as well.
Further, in this messaging Provider can provide a resources (external/internal links, uploads, images, material) and those can be visible here through the App or through the web browser in the mobile.

Provider can send messages to consumer via the app with or without other additional sources using below interface.

There is a shortcut button in the Menu which leads to unseen Messages and Enquiries with unseen responses.
Once the above button is touched it shows a popup alert with unseen message and enquiry responses counts with the shortcut buttons to leading more relevant details and directly into to relevant pages.
