Once the ‘Contact your Care Provider’ button is clicked it directs into this page which shows the buttons into Enquiries to Care Provider and Messages from Care Provider. 

Enquiries to Care Provider page facilitates making health related enquiries by the consumer about important non-urgent matters as shown in here.

This is the expansion of the Enquiry which also facilitates a conversation with the Provider/delegate from the consumer side as shown here.

Information here can be visible to care providers through ‘Consumer Partnering Interface in the  e-Care Pathways web application as below.
