This allows recording observations as per preset templates of common routine observations such;
- Blood Pressure
- Blood Glucose Level
- Weight
- Height
- Heart Rate
- Oxygen Saturation
- Calory Intake
- Distance Walked
- Asthma Symptoms
- Foetal Movements
- Urine Protein
(This list can be expanded as per requirement)
Further, Observation Template can be set by the Consumer or Provider.
Recorded observation data can be viewed as a data table or charts with data analysis, which can be shared with the care providers as per consumers’ willingness.

This interface is for observation data entry.
Data validation supported while entry.
With each entry it is possible record a short note/description as needed.
This allows recording of numeric (ie: Blood Glucose Level) as well as text/categorical (ie: Severity of Asthma; Mild/Moderate/Severe/ED visit/Admitted) data.
