From here it is possible to go into different user profile related pages;

When above ‘Registration Details Edit’ button is touched, it directs into this consumer registration details edit page.
In addition to this path, when a new consumer is getting register also it directs into the same page.
Here it mainly captures the Consumer Name, DoB, Address, Email, Mobile/Telephone, Gender as mandatory fields. Additionally captures other identifiers such as Medicare No, Driving license no, Passport no, National ID no. as optional fields. At least one of them is needed to finalise the initial registration when a new consumer is getting subscribed.
When a new consumer gets registered as the subsequent step in the initial process, linking Care Provider information happens with the Consumer records.
This interface facilitates this, matching the existing information of Consumer and Provider sides using mandatory field in registration and additional identification fields.
Further, through above ‘Consumer User Profile’ button the user can view the existing links with the providers and make/disconnect links with any Care Provider. Thus, consumer has the full authority of providing visibility to their own records to their care providers.
In addition to Main Registration details, system captures other Personal/Administrative Information of the consumer.
Through the ‘Consumer User Profile’ page it is possible to come to this page when ‘More Administrative Details of the User’ button is touched.
This information is grouped as;
- Main Data
- IDs
- Carer/NoK
- GP Details
- Other Admin. Data
Though this page it is facilitated to enter/edit consumer additional personal/administrative details.
Further, can view the related information in the care provider side from ‘Validate Personal Information’ page and also make comments on the consumer data if there are concerns/errors (flagging the provider about an incorrect information such as existing GP details in the provider side).
