At Dynasty Reign Allstars, we believe consistency and structure are the keys to success. Our carefully planned weekly timetable ensures every athlete gets the right balance of skill-building, conditioning, and team practice.
Our schedule covers Novice, Prep, Elite, and Recreational teams, with additional sessions for flexibility and strength training. During competition season, we also run extra practices and “Red Zone” weeks to perfect routines and maximise performance.
Training takes place at our fully equipped St Leonards/Hastings facility, featuring a 7-panel sprung floor designed for safe, high-quality cheerleading. Whether you’re attending your first recreational session or preparing for Allstar Worlds, you’ll find a structured, supportive environment that helps you grow every week.
Our Season 11 training schedule is designed to give every team the right amount of practice time to develop skills, build teamwork, and prepare for competition. Each team trains on specific days of the week, with extra sessions available for flexibility, strength, and conditioning.
Novice & Prep Teams focus on mastering the fundamentals, teamwork, and clean routines.
Elite Teams (Moonstone, Opal, Royalty) have longer, more intensive training blocks to work on stunts, tumbling, and advanced choreography.
Recreational Teams enjoy fun, skill-building sessions without the pressure of competition. (TERM TIME ONLY)
Masters Team (Topaz) trains monthly, keeping cheer accessible for older athletes who love the sport.
Senior Level 3 Development Team (Amethyst) one Sunday a month
This structured approach ensures athletes train in a consistent, safe, and supportive environment, with enough time to build confidence and progress each week.
During competition weeks, our schedule shifts into “performance mode” to make sure every routine is perfected before stepping on stage.
All teams follow the Comp Week Timetable, even if their division is not competing that weekend.
Sessions are slightly adjusted and more focused on final routine clean-ups, run-throughs, and last-minute adjustments.
This structure gives athletes the opportunity to perform full-outs under competition conditions, helping with stamina, timing, and confidence.
Our coaches travel to competitions early (usually on Friday), so it’s essential that athletes attend every session and arrive on time during these weeks. Missing a Comp Week practice may risk changes to routines or even removal from sections, as team synchronicity is crucial for competition success.
