Choreography Dates

These sessions are mandatory for all competitive athletes, as this is where routines are built.

• Dates and times for choreography sessions will be confirmed at the start of the season.

• Missing choreography may result in removal from a section of the routine.
  
  

Showcases

Our showcases give athletes the chance to perform for family and friends before competition season begins.

• Royal Reveal – Winter Showcase

Gym Closures

The gym is closed on the following dates:

• Christmas Break: 21 December 2025 – 4 January 2026

📌 Monthly fees remain the same throughout the season and are averaged over 11 months to include these closures.

Red Zone Weeks

Red Zone starts two weeks before each competition.

• Attendance is mandatory during Red Zone

• Missing training during this period can result in removal from a stunt group, tumble section, or even the routine

• Red Zone dates are shared on Heja for each competition
