At Dynasty Reign Allstars, clear communication is one of the most important parts of running a successful programme. We want every athlete and parent to know exactly where to find updates, schedules, and information - so nothing is missed.
This page explains all the tools we use, what each one is for, and how you can stay connected throughout the season.
The Heja app is our primary way of sharing information with athletes and parents. If you only check one place for updates, this is it!
Through Heja, you will receive:
π Weekly schedules β training times, extra practices, and any changes
π¨ Red Zone dates β so you can plan holidays and appointments around them
π Competition running orders β exactly when your athlete is performing
π Live updates during competition days β results, awards, and announcements
π° Important reminders β showcase dates, choreography sessions, gym closures
Download the app (free on iOS and Android)
Join your specific team group using the link sent at registration
Turn on notifications so you donβt miss urgent updates
Respond to attendance requests so coaches know if you will be there
π All families are required to join Heja. This is where 95% of our information is shared.
Our private Facebook group is used for:
π« Competition ticket links (often released weeks before events)
π Spectator information β pricing, venue details, parking
πΈ Photo albums and videos from competitions and showcases
π Celebrating athlete achievements β awards, titles, and highlights
π If you donβt use Facebook regularly, we still recommend joining the group just to access ticket links and updates, as they are often posted there first.
For private matters (injuries, sensitive issues, payment questions), you can contact coaches directly:

Head Coach: Sophie Homewood

Cheerleading is a team sport, and every athlete counts.
By staying connected, you help:
Keep routines safe and consistent
Ensure your athlete doesnβt miss critical announcements
Support smooth planning for coaches and the whole team
Missing messages can mean missing key dates, Red Zone practices, or competition information β so staying on top of updates is vital for the success of the team.
Turn on push notifications for Heja
Check Heja at least once a week, daily during Red Zone or competition weeks
Save coach phone numbers in your contacts for emergencies
Respond promptly to attendance requests
Join both Heja and Facebook even if you prefer one platform - some updates are shared in both places
When athletes, parents, and coaches stay on the same page, everyone can focus on what really matters β training hard, supporting each other, and performing with pride.
