Wear the correct training kit, shoes, and hair as instructed.
Look after your own belongings and the gym equipment.
Support athletes with encouragement and positivity.
Respect decisions made by coaches and judges.
Avoid negative sideline coaching or criticism during training/competitions.
Communicate through the appropriate channels (Heja or direct contact with coaches).
Pay fees and instalments on time to ensure the smooth running of the programme.
The Red Zone is the critical two-week period before each competition where:
Attendance at all practices is mandatory
Missing practice during this time can result in removal from stunt groups, tumbling sections, or the routine
No holidays or appointments should be scheduled during Red Zone
Red Zone dates for each event are posted on Heja at the start of the season so families can plan ahead.
Following the Code of Conduct and respecting the Red Zone ensures that:
Athletes are safe and routines are performed to the highest standard
Teams are fully prepared for competition
Every athlete gets the chance to perform with confidence
By being committed, respectful, and present, we give our athletes the best chance to succeed - on and off the mat.
