CODE OF CONDUCT

At Dynasty Reign Allstars, we are committed to creating a positive and professional training environment where every athlete can thrive. Our Code of Conduct sets the standards for behaviour, attendance, and respect across the programme, helping us maintain a safe and supportive space for athletes, coaches, and families.

Athlete Expectations

• Attendance & Commitment: Attend all training sessions, choreography dates, and competitions. Notify coaches as soon as possible if you cannot attend.

• Punctuality: Arrive on time, in correct kit, ready to train.

• Positive Attitude: Bring energy and focus to every practice. Support teammates, celebrate their successes, and treat everyone with respect.

• Effort & Responsibility: Work hard during training, complete extra conditioning when asked, and take care of personal and team equipment.

• Presentation: Wear the correct DRA training kit, cheer shoes, and hairstyle as instructed.
  
  

Parent & Guardian Expectations

• Support & Encouragement: Promote a positive experience for all athletes by cheering them on and being encouraging both at practice and competitions.

• Respect for Coaches & Judges: Trust coaches’ decisions and avoid sideline coaching or negative comments during training or performances.

• Clear Communication: Use the proper channels (Heja app or direct contact with coaches) for updates and questions.

• Financial Responsibility: Pay all fees and instalments on time to keep the programme running smoothly.
  
  

Why It Matters

This Code of Conduct ensures that every athlete can train in a safe, disciplined, and motivating environment. By working together - athletes, parents, and coaches - we create a programme built on respect, teamwork, and pride.

Every athlete and parent is expected to follow this Code of Conduct throughout Season 11 to ensure the success of their team and the programme as a whole.
