Gems – UNDER 6 Recreational Team

Our youngest recreational team, Gems introduces athletes to the basics of cheerleading in a fun, supportive environment. Perfect for new athletes, Gems focuses on building confidence, learning core skills, and developing teamwork in a relaxed, non-competitive setting. 

Age Group

• Under 6 years old

• Open to all abilities — no experience required
  
  

Training Details

• When: Thursdays, 4:00 – 5:00 PM

• Where: Dynasty Reign Allstars Gym, St Leonards-on-Sea

• Focus: Confidence building, learning core cheer skills, teamwork, and fitness

• Commitment: Recreational – no competitions required
  
  

Performances

• Gems athletes perform at The Royal Reveal (Winter Showcase) and Ignite The Empire (Summer Showcase) so families can celebrate their progress.
  
  

Uniform / Training Kit

• Comfortable training clothes and trainers required

• Optional DRA training kit available for purchase

• No competition uniform required
  
  

Pathway
Gems is designed as a stepping stone into competitive cheerleading. When athletes are ready, they can progress to Baby Pearls (U6 Novice) or other competitive teams as they grow.
