There will be three general DSC meetings Spring 24 quarter; they will happen in a hybrid format on Zoom or in Kincaid 102.

Come learn more about the DSC, how to get involved, and meet the folks that have been working so hard to improve diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in the department. We will be indoors in Kincaid 102 (and move to Kincaid 102/108).

Intro to Universal Design for Learning Workshop
Thurs, Oct 19th 12:30-1:30pm in Kincaid 301. Lunch provided. Open to all instructors.
This is a two-part workshop facilitated by Mary-Colleen Jenkins, UW-IT Accessibility Specialist. Members of the DSC Championing Inclusive Pedagogy (CHIPS) team (formerly syllabus team) will also be present to help out! The first part of the workshop will be an introduction to UDL concepts. The second part will be an opportunity to discuss and implement UDL strategies in your course(s).
BIPOC Student Happy Hour
