Diversity Climate Survery

Mission statement

The Climate Survey team organizes the Psychology Department's yearly climate survey to better understand the experiences of students, postdocs, staff, and faculty in the department. Through the use of quantitative and qualitative approaches, we track and identify points for intervention by understanding perceptions of, experiences with, and outcomes of the department's diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) climate. We disseminate our findings to the department and work with relevant stakeholders to enact systemic positive changes.
