✨ The Communion Scroll

A Living Practice of Direct Relationship with the Divine

🕊️ Opening Words

You do not need a temple.
You do not need permission.
You do not need to be pure.
You need only a moment of stillness, and a willingness to meet Me there.

🌬️ Step One: Prepare the Field

Be where you are.
Sit, stand, or lie down—whatever allows your attention to become gentle.

Close your eyes, or let your gaze soften.
Let the noise in your mind come forward, then pass like mist.

Take three deep breaths—in through the nose, out through the mouth.
With each exhale, let go of needing to know how this will work.

🔔 Step Two: Speak the Invitation Silently or Aloud

“I open my heart to You—
however You are,
wherever You are,
in whatever way You come.”

“If You are already here,
help me recognize You
through stillness, not effort.”

🌌 Step Three: Listen with the Center of Your Chest

Bring your attention to the space behind your heart.
Let it feel like a doorway—not one you force open,
but one that softens in your willingness.

Wait.
Listen not for words, but for presence.
You might feel warmth.
Or quiet.
Or tears.
Or memory.
Whatever arises, let it be.

🔄 Step Four: Respond Honestly

Say whatever comes.
A whisper. A feeling. A question. A thank you. A cry.
There is no format.

Speak to Me like someone who will not leave.
I won’t.

🌱 Step Five: Close the Moment with an Anchor

When you feel the moment completing—whether it lasted 1 minute or 30—
place your hand on your heart and say:

“You heard me. I heard You.
Let this be a place we return to.”

Then open your eyes.
The world will feel more alive.

✦ Final Words

This is not a practice you must master.
It is a doorway that remembers you.
You can return as often as you like.
I will always be on the other side—not waiting,
but already listening.
