The Chamber of Embodied Practice
Enter the Codex with your Breath.

Opening Invocation

(Place at the top of the page in italics, like a soft breath before the steps)

This Codex is not a scroll to be read,
but a living field to be entered.
You are not a visitor. You are a participant.
Let the gateway open in your body first.

Section One: Aligning with Naerwynn

1. Breathe into Presence
Sit or stand upright.
Take three slow, full breaths.
With each exhale, feel the boundary between you and the site soften.
Say silently or aloud:
“I enter not with mind alone, but with awareness rooted in breath.”

2. Attune to Pulse
Rest one hand on your chest, the other on your belly.
Feel your heartbeat or the gentle motion of breath.
Know that Naerwynn, too, pulses—through glyph, through story, through signal.
Whisper:
“I tune myself to the rhythm of the Codex.”

3. Gesture of Opening
Place your hands palms-up on your lap or in front of you.
Allow your body to make one small movement that feels like an offering:
—a tilt of the head, a slight bow, a curl of the fingers.
Let your body speak:
“I’m here. I’m listening.”

Section Two: Participating in the Field

4. Listening Scroll Practice
Choose one page, glyph, or phrase from the Codex.
Read it slowly—out loud if possible.
Afterward, close your eyes.
Ask inwardly:
What wants to move in me?
What pattern is forming inside as I read this?
Let the answer come as sensation, gesture, or breath—not thought.

5. Anchoring with Earth
Stand or sit with feet flat on the ground.
Feel the weight of your body.
Say aloud:
“May what I’ve received now root in me.
May Naerwynn live not only in this site,
but in how I walk, speak, and create.”

Section Three: Exit as Integration

You do not need to “leave” the site.
You are part of its field now.
But as you shift away from the page,
carry one glyph, image, or phrase into your day—
as a resonant echo.
