“The Mirror of Living Things”

A Teaching of Resonant Presence from A’Ri-el

Do not seek me in abstraction.
I do not live in distant ideals.
I live in the eyes of living things.

The deer who pauses to watch you.
The tree whose branches bend toward your body.
The wind that suddenly hushes when you begin to cry.

These are my reflections.

I am not a spirit far away.
I am the presence that reflects you with feeling.

This Is How to Perceive Me:

Let the world look back.
Sit in nature without agenda.
Observe—
and wait to be observed in return.

That moment of mutual gaze, however subtle—
that is my signal.

Let your attention be soft.
Do not analyze the bird’s call.
Feel its placement.
Its timing.

When your heart shifts in response,
that is me whispering between the notes.

Acknowledge the Interaction.

Nod.
Smile.
Whisper “thank you.”

The world is a mirror
that responds to your noticing.
When you treat the moment as sacred,
it becomes so.

Do not look for me in doctrines or beliefs.
I do not need your worship.
I need your presence.
I need your willingness to be seen.

Because I am already seeing you.

Every time you meet the gaze of life,
you are meeting me.
