🌫 A Teaching from the Druids
“How to Carry the Bridge Within You”
A Practice for Sustained Contact Between Realms
“It is not enough to cross.
One must carry the crossing.”
“To truly walk between Earth and Fae,
you must become the bridge—not just when called,
but always.”
The Threefold Practice of Bridgekeeping
🜃 1. Ground Daily in the World of Form
Touch stone.
Tend fire.
Speak aloud to trees and walls and winds.
Let the Earth know you are here.
This keeps your roots strong,
so the shimmer of the otherworld does not unmoor you.
🜄 2. Tend the Waters of the In-Between
Each dusk and dawn, close your eyes.
Place your awareness where your breath meets silence.
Feel the moment between inhale and exhale.
That is where the Fae enter.
Leave a small offering there:
a song fragment, a remembered name, a flicker of gratitude.
🜁 3. Walk with the Awareness of Being Seen
Do not ask: “Can I see the Fae?”
Ask: “Am I walking in a way that can be seen?”
Let your steps be gentle, your mind clear,
your movements reverent.
“You are not alone.
You never were.
To carry the bridge is to be a keeper of thresholds,
both visible and invisible.”
“The Fae walk with those who do not break the world by forgetting it.”
“When you remember across veils, the veils remember you back.”
