Airway management (기도관리) 7단계
1. CPR 초기대응
의식/반응확인
→ 코드블루, 제세동기, E-cart 요청
→ 맥박, 호흡 확인 (10초 이내)
→ (맥박o, 호흡x → 기도관리) or (맥박x, 호흡x → CPR)
2. Position (자세) → Triple maneuver (삼중 기도 유지법)
3. Airway insertion (기도유지기)
4. Bag-valve-mask ventilation (BVM, 백-밸브-마스크 환기)
5. Intubation (기관내삽관)
6. SupraGlottic Airway (SGA, 성문상기도기)
7. Cricothyroidotomy (윤상갑상연골절개술)
