Purchasing Equipment

The Referee will usually provide a description of available stores and what they sell or trade in. For example, there is a channel called Silbermere Info where the Referee has posted what stores, services, and locations of interest there are. If a similar channel is not available for your character's current location, ask the referee and they may provide an overview. Some services and specialists may only be discovered through the "Gathering Intelligence" Downtime.

You may use their services between sessions by noting what you buy for how much and for which character in ⁠🛒store-record.

Only Gear and nonmagical items found in the basic / classic OSE rules can be purchased this way. More specialty items or commissions would require at least working with a referee. Advanced orders (such as full plate armor) or use of specialists may require a Downtime action.

Players can sell items to shops depending on set rates by the Referee, Selling should be done after a session, or consider selling to another player in ⁠💰market. 

Purchasing format:

**(Character name)** is buying **(Item/Items)** from **(store)** for **(price)**.
