DESCRIPTION: Republic Act No. 11959, "Regional Specialty Centers Act," mandates National Specialty Centers to ensure the delivery of quality services, strengthen the specialty care network nationwide, and conduct capacity and capability assessments of Advanced and Basic Comprehensive Specialty Centers for the concerned specialty. The visit aims to assess the functionality of the CRMC Physical and Rehabilitation Medicine Specialty Center vis-a-vis the Resource-Stratified Framework under Department Order No. 2021-0001, as amended. (Reference: Department Personnel Order No. 2026-1526, "Authority for Selected Personnel of Philippine Orthopedic Center and the Technical Working Group for Physical and Rehabilitation Medicine to Conduct Mentoring and Monitoring Visit to the Physical and Rehabilitation Medicine Specialty Center of Cotabato Regional and Medical Center on October 6-8, 2026" dated March 9, 2026)
