This Act, which is a consolidation of Senate Bill No. 2212 and House Bill No. 7751, was passed by the Senate of the Philippines and the House of Representatives on May 31, 2023. Approved on August 24, 2023, and signed by His Excellency, Ferdinand Romualdez Marcos, Jr., President of the Philippines.
