FULL TITLE OF THE GPPA: Mentoring and Monitoring of Designated Cardiovascular Care Specialty Center of Cotabato Regional and Medical Center and 6th Cardiovascular Surgical Medical Mission

DESCRIPTION: Pursuant to Republic Act No. 11959, “Regional Specialty Centers Act,” Philippine Heart Center (PHC) as national specialty center is mandated to ensure the delivery of quality services and strengthen the network of cardiovascular specialty care. PHC shall conduct a mentoring and monitoring visit to the designated cardiovascular specialty center of Cotabato Regional and Medical Center to (1) assess the functionality of the specialty center based on the Resource Stratified Framework for cardiovascular care; (2) review hospital data on cardiovascular outcomes and identify trends and areas for improvement; and (3) provide feedback and support in developing action plans to address identified gaps. PHC's team shall also conduct its 6th Cardiovascular Surgical Medical Mission in the country.
