FULL TITLE OF THE GPPA: Mentoring and Monitoring Visit to the Designated Specialty Center on Ears, Nose, Throat (ENT) Care at Jose R. Reyes Memorial Medical Center

DESCRIPTION: Pursuant to Republic Act No. 11959, “Regional Specialty Centers Act,” East Avenue Medical Center as national specialty center is mandated to ensure the delivery of quality services and strengthen the network of specialty care on ears, nose, throat (ENT). EAMC shall conduct a mentoring and monitoring visit to the designated ENT specialty center of Jose R. Reyes Memorial Medical Center to (1) assess the functionality of the specialty center based on the Resource Stratified Framework for ENT care; (2) review hospital data on ENT outcomes and identify trends and areas for improvement; and (3) provide feedback and support in developing action plans to address identified gaps.
