DESCRIPTION: Republic Act No. 11959 mandates national specialty centers (NSCs) to provide specialty training, technical assistance, and capacity building. The Philippine Children's Medical Center as national specialty center for neonatal care shall assess the Bataan General Hospital and Medical Center based on required standards for potential eligibility to be designated as additional neonatal care specialty center.
