FULL TITLE OF THE GPPA: Mentoring and Monitoring Visit to the Brain and Specialty Center of Ilocos Training and Regional Medical Center
DESCRIPTION: Republic Act No. 11959 mandates national specialty centers (NSCs) to provide specialty training, technical assistance, and capacity building. Jose R. Reyes Memorial Medical Center as NSC for brain and spine care shall identify gaps in infrastructure, human resources, equipment, clinical pathways, and referral systems, while providing technical guidance to address these gaps at the Ilocos Training and Regional Medical Center, which is a designated brain and spine care specialty center. (Reference: Department Personnel Order No. 2026-2834, "Authority for Selected Personnel of the Health Facility Development Bureau and Jose R. Reyes Memorial Medical Center to Conduct Mentoring and Monitoring Visit to the Brain and Specialty Center of Ilocos Training and Regional Medical Center on May 13-14, 2026 (Inclusive of Travel Time)" dated April 29, 2026)
