DESCRIPTION: In accordance with Republic Act No. 11959, the visits aim to assess the functionality status of eligible DOH hospitals for possible designation as Toxicology Specialty Centers vis-a-vis the Resource Stratified Framework stipulated in Department Order No. 2021-0001, as amended. (Reference: Department Personnel Order No. 2026-2204, "Authority for Selected Personnel of the East Avenue Medical Center and the Health Facility Development Bureau to Conduct Assessment Visits to Selected Department of Health (DOH) Hospitals Eligible for Designation as Toxicology Specialty Centers" dated April 7, 2026)
