DESCRIPTION: Republic Act No. 11959, "Regional Specialty Centers Act," mandates National Specialty Centers to ensure the delivery of quality services, strengthen the specialty care network nationwide, and conduct capacity and capability assessments of Advanced and Basic Comprehensive Specialty Centers for the concerned specialty.
