DESCRIPTION: In accordance with Department Memorandum No. 2026-0136, "Implementation of the 2026 DOH Hospital Scorecard Rating Scale," aims to present and discuss the 2026 rating scale that will be reflected in the Strategic Performance Management Systems of hospitals directly under DOH supervision and control (Reference: Department Memorandum No. 2026-0144, "Invitation to the Orientation of the 2026 Department of Health Hospital Scorecard Rating Scale" dated March 11, 2026)
