By authority of the Secretary of Health, signed and issued by Atty. Christian Lel M. Saquilabon, Assistant Secretary of Health, addressed to concerned DOH executives and their regional directors, and chiefs of DOH hospitals, includes as annexes to the issuance the 2026 targets of the indicators, and corresponding scores according to the ranges of actual accomplishments for guidance in the Office Performance Commitment and Reviews of the DOH hospitals.
This issuance originated from DOH HFDB: Address further inquiries about this issuance to the HFDB's Facility Performance Management Division.
