Tamondong-Lachica, Assistant Secretary of Health for Care Delivery, Quality and Safety, Hospital Systems Cluster, and Concurrent Director IV, Health Facility Development Bureau (HFDB); addressed to DOH regional directors, BARMM Ministry of Health, directors of specialty hospitals, and chiefs of hospitals; includes as annex to the issuance, the list of available laboratory commodities as of September 18, 2026, which may be requested by concerned laboratory facilities through submission of letters of intent to the DOH Supply Chain Management Service.
