By authority of the Secretary of Health, signed and issued by Dr. Diana R. Tamondong-Lachica, Assistant Secretary of Health for Care Delivery, Quality and Patient Safety, Hospital Systems Cluster, and Concurrent Director IV, Health Facility Development Bureau (HFDB); addressed to concerned DOH executives and regional directors, and BARMM Ministry of Health, to the attention of Health Facility Development Units (HFDU) in the Centers for Health Development; includes a link to download the IPC Evaluation Tool with Means of Verification for use by the HFDUs during IPC validation activities.
This issuance originated from DOH HFDB: Address further inquiries about this issuance to the Bureau's Policy, Planning and Program Development Division.
