By authority of the Secretary of Health, signed and issued by Dr. Mary Ann Palermo-Maestral, Undersecretary of Health, Cluster A; addressed to concerned DOH executives, central and regional directors, directors of specialty hospitals, chiefs of DOH hospitals; includes as annex to the issuance a copy of the report, and a link for online reading of the same in aid of disseminating the information.
This issuance did not originate from the DOH HFDB: Address further inquiries about this issuance to the DOH's Universal Health Care Technical Office, which serves as the BUCAS Center Task Force Secretariat.
